Pre-sales and Refunds


At Vanloops we start out by doing pre-sales. Once we achieve a certain number of sales we manufacture the product. If we don't achieve the desired number we will issue a full refund. We are in touch with you throughout the whole process. 

At Vanloops, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product. You can reach us via phone, email, or live chat. Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any product that is returned in a condition that is not resellable will not be accepted for a refund.


Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If your product is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product. We do not refund shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in the shipment. 


We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
